Configuration

• New lone-window-width sets a lone window's centred width separately from fullscreen-width, at the top level, per display, or per workspace and its display tables. Leave it unset to keep using the resolved fullscreen width (#53).

Fixes

• Tiles reach the screen's bottom and side edges when the Dock auto-hides. Before, after Mission Control macOS could keep reporting the shown Dock's strip for a minute or more, and tiles shrank to leave it free (#55, thanks @Neubauer-Ralf).
• A tiled window its app moves or resizes on its own after dinky placed it goes back to its tile at once. Before, it stayed where the app put it until the next focus or layout change (#47, diagnosed by @albertomalossi in #54).
• An app or utility that turns Enhanced UI back on no longer makes windows animate and fight dinky's frame writes: dinky checks before every arrangement instead of once per app, and leaves the setting alone while VoiceOver or Switch Control is on. An older arrangement also no longer writes its frames after a newer one was queued (#54, thanks @albertomalossi).
