修复

• 隔离宿主会话与 compaction/session-title 的远端会话，避免共用账号/模型会话状态。
• 隔离非预期 /
  检查点，保留原始上下文和工具，换新会话恢复生成一次；仍异常时明确报错，不重放工具。
• 保留合法压缩、明确总结请求、取消、上游错误与正常 XML 示例的语义。

安装

npm 包使用自有名称 @lightmanlu/dsh-provider-qoder@0.1.2；无 scope 的 dsh-provider-qoder 属于其他项目，不要混用。

npm 首次发布正在完成账号安全验证；在 registry 可用前，可先下载本 Release 的 tarball 后交给同一 DSH plugin add 命令安装。
从旧 GitHub/tarball 安装迁移时，替换依赖、bundle 和 llm-qoder 的 package name 为 scoped 名称；保留连接配置与凭据，不要同时加载两个名称。Desktop 修改安装前需完全退出应用。

验证

60 项测试、类型检查通过；三次真实分片回放覆盖恢复成功及耗尽失败；真实模型工具续聊返回 42、合法压缩返回 COMPACT_OK。官方 DSH CLI 隔离安装 scoped tarball 并组合 profile 成功。附 SHA-256 校验文件。
