Highlights

  • Core Runtime & CapabilityBus Unification (#114): Integrated OPCEngine and declarative opc-pack/v1 business packs into MekongCoreRuntimeImpl, CapabilityBus, and Governance.
  • 2-Goal Human Approval Lifecycle (#114, #115):
    • Goal 1: mekong opc proposal --wait-approval (and mekong run --pack client-proposal-followup) generates structured quotes and pauses in PENDING_APPROVAL with a canonical SHA-256 payload digest.
    • Goal 2: mekong opc decide --run-id <id> --decision [approve|reject|revise] enforces run status checks, issues single-use tokens, atomically consumes approvals via SQLite WAL (consume_approval_atomic), reserves pre-dispatch budgets (BEGIN IMMEDIATE), and dispatches connectors.
  • Vietnam Country Pack & AST Isolation: Added src/opc/packs/vn-sme-ops/pack.json while enforcing zero country-specific imports in Core and src/opc/.
  • Cloudflare Workers Engine (#116): Repaired Bindings syntax in packages/mekong-engine and deployed to production (https://mekong-engine.agencyos-openclaw.workers.dev).
