Swift Package Manager support on iOS and macOS. CocoaPods still works. The iOS and macOS plugins
now share one source tree in darwin/. With Flutter 3.38–3.40, keep Swift Package Manager off (the
default on those versions); the package's Package.swift needs the FlutterFramework package that
Flutter generates from 3.41.
Changed
universal_ble ^2.3.0 (was ^1.2.0). If your app depends on universal_ble directly, raise
its constraint to ^2.3.0 too.
macOS libusb is built from the official libusb 1.0.29 release as a universal binary
(Intel and Apple silicon) and ships as libusb.xcframework. The previous copy was arm64-only, so
USB couldn't load on Intel Macs.
