2.1.0: Queue edits

Adds /queue:edit [first|last|n] text, which replaces the text of a waiting entry. The entry keeps its place in the queue, its model and its agent. Without a number, the last entry is edited. The new text is parsed again, so an edit can turn a prompt into a shell or slash command. Attachments added in the edit replace the entry's old files; otherwise the old files stay attached. Thanks @ClemCa for the contribution (#11).

Fixes attachments in queue commands typed in the TUI. /queue summarize @notes.txt failed with "Mention is outside the submitted input", because opencode counts the mention position from the start of the line, including the command name. Longer lines could point the mention at the wrong text instead of failing.

Also changes how the publish workflow talks to npm. Requires OpenCode v2, 2.0.27 or newer.
