MCP tool definitions an agent or a directory can read in full: every
parameter described with its limits, the allowed programs listed, and
hints as the spec reads them.

Changed

  • MCP's tools/list describes every parameter, with the limits the server
holds them to (minimum, maximum); spawn's and program_output's
program is one of the --allow file's names. The tools give the
hints clients look for: wait_for is read-only, stop_session alone
destructive, and only spawn and the tools that drive a program
    reach an open world.
  • MCP's wait_for takes a timeout of 0 as 0 seconds, not 10, and
    start_session refuses a text_scale under 0.1.

Fixed

  • flicker doesn't take text scrolling smoothly past, lines apart, for
flicker: the background between lines comes back, but only every
other look, and a look drawn plain between frames of a scene has to be
plain each time it comes back.
  • flicker's docs say what it can't tell from flicker: text scrolled
by fractions of a pixel (GTK 4's or kinetic scrolling, a browser at a
fractional scale), whose rows repeat, as it's never the same picture
    shifted.
