Roverlay 0.1.0

First release. Unzip, run Roverlay.exe, and download the model from Settings on first run (about 5.7 GB for the 9B, plus about 0.7 GB for llama.cpp). Windows 10/11 with an NVIDIA GPU. The app isn't code-signed, so SmartScreen will warn: More info, then Run anyway.
