Final circular purple halo for Windows and macOS.

• Smooth circular falloff removes the square glow boundary.
• Soft pale inner light complements the dark pointer and white border.
• All cursor roles, busy/working animations and HiDPI images use the same final artwork.
• Hotspots and pointer geometry are unchanged.

Windows: extract the Windows ZIP and run Install.cmd. Restore.cmd returns to your saved previous scheme. The native Windows cursor loader and install/restore tests passed; the final theme was installed and its active arrow pixels checked against the generated asset.

macOS 14+: use the PKG/DMG launcher or ZIP, then apply the theme in Mousecape. The cape and packaging were validated on a macOS runner. Interactive activation on a personal Mac remains untested. The PKG is not Developer ID signed or notarized.
