Fine-tune training params: New bl finetune params command queries the training hyper-parameter configuration for a base model, with --training-type, --param-type, --mtu-spec-code filters and --modality / --reasoning-mode dynamic train options.
Fine-tune training metrics: New bl finetune metrics command queries the training metrics of a fine-tune job, with explicit paging via --page / --page-size.
