First generally available release. The AI SDK integration is stable and follows semantic versioning: no breaking changes without a major version bump. No runtime code changed since 0.6.0, so upgrading from 0.6.0 is a version bump.

Eve is not covered by the stability guarantee. The Vercel Eve provider (/eve subpath) is not production-ready and may change in a minor release.

Important

  • Pick one embedding mode per database. Switching between embedder and autoEmbed on an existing database rebuilds the vector index and leaves earlier memories unsearchable until backfilled. A migration helper is tracked in #11.
  • Upgrading from 0.5.x or earlier: the 0.6.0 breaking changes still apply. store.forget, store.sessionRecent, and store.scratchpadRead take userId first, and mongodbMemory() throws without a resolvable userId / sessionId. See the 0.6.0 changelog.

Signed releases

Every release is built and published by CI from a GitHub Release. The npm tarball has provenance and matches the tarball, GPG signature, and SHA256SUMS attached to this release. Publishing only happens from a final version tagged on main.
