This PR applies the pattern in #1192 (COMPASS-1679) to the other functional tests, hopefully avoiding the race condition where either the
.clickInstanceRefreshIcon()or. waitForInstanceRefresh()or a combination of the two fails sometimes.I will validate in Travis with at least 20 builds to see if it resolves (or at least significantly lowers) the incidence of COMPASS-1056.
