init no longer inserts skills:* ownership marker comments into shipped skill files. Ownership is now tracked via a content-hash init-manifest (.monomind/init-manifest.json, 4c26063): unedited shipped files are refreshed silently on the next init/init --force, files you hand-edited are left alone with the incoming version written alongside as <file>.monomind-new, and identical files are untouched. Old marker-style ownership (both the 2.16.5 HTML-comment style and pre-2.16.5 hash-style) is migrated away automatically the next time you run plain init/init --force (not init upgrade, which only touches helpers/statusline/CLAUDE.md/CAPABILITIES.md, f6cbeaa). cleanup, uninstall and platforms doctor now use manifest-based ownership too (434ef82). Fixes #344.
