- Dashboard login, session and heartbeat follow-ups.
monomind ui open now confirms when the browser actually used the login link (and says so when it did not); stale login links are swept, but never one still inside its TTL; the browser session now lasts 400 days (the longest browsers honor); the heartbeat now evicts dead org daemons for every known project, not only MONOMIND_HOME.
- Dashboard frontend fixes. Nested markdown lists now render correctly; the playbook builder now takes the browse dashboard's port from the server instead of a hardcoded default, and no longer sends the dashboard token to another origin; runs that stopped without
org-complete now show as "ended" instead of looking stuck.
monograph-freshen status check accepts the unbuildable-graph warning (#669). On a runner where @monoes/monograph cannot be resolved or its native module fails to load, the hook prints a [MONOGRAPH_WARN] line; the test only recognized the older "not found"/"build started" lines, so the Root suite failed on every GitHub Actions run since the hook began reporting an unbuildable graph.- Test determinism. Behavior tests replace source-text checks for the server-hardening and dashboard-script paths; flaky timing in
lint-skills, hermes-runner and the eval scenarios is now deterministic (eval scenarios get a 180s budget).

- Release process: LOCAL MAIN SYNC now probes write access up front (#667). Before merging into local main, the release process checks every path the sandbox keeps read-only that a release rewrites (the CLI package root,
.claude/, .monomind/org-skills/) and reports a one-line operator command instead of attempting (and failing partway through) a fast-forward merge.
