Every setting now has an English name, with no fallback to the old
Portuguese one. Installs that already exist have to reinstall, or rename
their settings by hand as listed below.

• The model file is models.yaml (was modelos.yaml); copy it from
  models.example.yaml. Its keys are providers (each with type,
  base_url, api_key_env), tasks (each with model, options,
  fallback) and prices (each with input, cached_input, output).
  Task names: padrao is default, conversa is chat, imagem is
  image, leitura_imagem is image_reading, pesquisa is research,
  programacao is coding, memoria is memory, classificacao is
  classification. npm run modelos is npm run models, and
  MODELOS_ARQUIVO is BRAMBIT_MODELS_FILE.

  logo, selo, selo_aria); its variable is BRAMBS_BRAND_FILE.
  deploy.sh and check-drift.sh take --apply, --brand and --stamp
  (were --aplicar, --marca and --carimbo).
• ops/sandbox-host/local.sh outside Linux runs with
  SANDBOX_NO_FIREWALL=1 (was SANDBOX_SEM_FIREWALL).
• runner-go/build.sh reads PRODUCT, OUT_DIR and WINDOWS_ICON (were
  PRODUTO, SAIDA and ICONE_WINDOWS).
• The core guard is test-support/core-guard.mjs (was nucleo-guard.mjs),
  takes --no-boot (was --sem-boot) and reads the cloud file list from
  cloud.txt (was nuvem.txt).
• Every file and folder of the core has an English name. A plugin or
  deployment that imports core files by path has to use the new names, e.g.
  web/brand.mjs (was marca.mjs), web/tools.mjs (ferramentas.mjs),
  web/permissions.mjs (permissoes.mjs), web/spend.mjs (gasto.mjs),
  web/shopping.mjs (compras.mjs), web/public-support.mjs
  (publico.mjs), core-proto/models.mjs (modelos.mjs) and
  web/site-texts/ (site-textos/). The #regras-provedor import alias
  is #provider-rules. The full list is in #41.
