• Reorder.Item: use a roving tab index — only the last focused item, or the first rendered one, is in the tab order. When no item is grabbed, arrow keys move focus between rendered items; on axis="xy", Up and Down move focus to the nearest item in the row above or below.

Fixed

• MotionConfig: forward skipAnimations to motion components and v-motion elements, so descendants actually skip animations.
• MotionConfig: a nested MotionConfig that omits skipAnimations no longer resets it to false; it now keeps the parent value.

Dependencies

• Update framer-motion and motion-dom to ~14.9.0. motion-utils stays at ~14.7.0.
