Fixed Docker Compose depends_on Parsing

This release fixes the parsing of Docker Compose depends_on to support both array and object formats:

• Short syntax: depends_on: ["postgres"]
• Long syntax: depends_on: { postgres: { condition: "service_healthy" } }

Changes

• Add normalization for depends_on to handle both array and object formats
• Support long syntax: depends_on: { postgres: { condition: service_healthy } }
• Support short syntax: depends_on: ["postgres"]
• Add normalizeDependsOn helper function to extract service names from both formats
• Update getServices and getServiceDependencies to use normalization
• Add comprehensive test case for object format depends_on

This fixes the issue where docker-compose files using the long syntax for depends_on were not being parsed correctly.
