We should structure and expand our internal ROS2-related documentation.
Currently, we have a simple migration guideline inside /doc. I think we should add more instructions and information regarding migration steps, troubleshooting, release information, etc... All these should still be accessible from the Readme and ideally also from the ROS-index.

Some example sections:

  • Releases (Eloquent, Foxy), Changelogs, Features
    • Release process, Sync process, branches
    • Roadmap
  • Migration MoveIt 1 -> MoveIt 2
    • Developer
    • User
  • Known issues / Troubleshooting
  • Related projects

Of course there is some potential overlap with the MoveIt website or moveit_tutorials, but I would like to get a discussion started how we should compile all that information in one place without a lot of overhead.
