Adding a UI would be nice for testing and demonstrations, and good for exercising servo as a library.

I strongly want to keep the UI out of the engine, so let's add another crate for this and get in the habit of thinking of servo as a library.

It will be the weston to servo's wayland, so having a thoughtful name would be a plus.

Xenon, which linked up with the Servo character from the Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad show to form Synchro.

MST3K SSSS mashup? MST3K required cuz I named Servo for Tom.

Yo, crow is nice, and I'mma let you finish, but I just wanna say Joel is my favorite MST3K character of all time. Of all timeeeeee.
