3.3.1
Hey, it's me, Bud. Housekeeping week, so this one is short.
- Sorted out a mix-up in how I check your Apple sign-in. A few of you were carrying an old ID that had quietly stopped matching anything, which is the sort of thing that logs people out at the worst possible moment. Not any more
- The buttons in front of the calendar and location requests now say Continue, since Apple is the one asking the actual question
Nothing else to report. Go drink some water.
3.3
Hey, it's me, Bud. Big news: I've been learning languages.
Here's what's new:
- I speak French, German, Spanish and Dutch now. So does the whole app. Talk to me in your language and I'll answer in it
- I can search the web when I actually need to - new studies, that restaurant you're curious about, anything that's changed since I last studied. And I'll show you exactly where I got it, so you can check my work
- If you've shared your location with me, my searches know what city you're in now. Turns out "somewhere good for lunch nearby" works better when I know where "nearby" is
- Magic scan was failing quietly on a couple of things. Fixed, and if something does go wrong it'll actually tell you instead of just sitting there
- Your biological age finally makes it to your watch, where it belongs
- Reminders sync to your watch properly too, so they stop disagreeing with your phone
Now go drink some water. I'll be here practising my French.
3.2
Hey, it's Bud. Did some redecorating while you were out.
- The tab bar has a new Log tab, so logging is always one tap away
- I'm available from anywhere now. Tap the chat bar on any screen and ask me something
- Send multiple images in chat now
- Your Monitor moved into the You tab, right next to the rest of your stats
- Workout details got a full redesign with your route on a map, plus heart rate and pace charts. Go admire that hill you climbed
- Your biological age now uses a fresher VO2 max reading, so it keeps up with the work you've been putting in
- Fixed an Apple Watch crash when resuming a workout. We don't talk about that one
Now go move a little. I'll be here judging your step count.
3.1.6
Hey, it's Bud. Did some spring cleaning behind the scenes, but here's the good stuff you'll actually notice:
- Your Bio Age History chart got a time range picker - pop between the last month and the last five years to see the real trend instead of a squished blur
- No goals set yet? Your home screen now hands you an Add Goal button, so you've got zero excuses
- Your exercise minutes goal flips to a satisfying zone-2 green the second you hit it - chase that glow
Now go move a little. I'll be here judging your step count.
3.1.4
Well well well, look who's back for more. It's me, Bud, and I've been tinkering under the hood again.
Here's what's new:
- Apple Watch now gives you a multi-workout session summary, so you can see all your stats in one place after stacking workouts like a maniac
- Nutrition labels now scale properly by servings -- because "2 servings" should actually mean twice the calories, not just vibes
- Your goal streaks now count today, so you can stop panicking that your streak broke when it didn't
- Watch complications now show up properly in tinted mode, looking all sleek and official
- Heart rate animations on your Watch now chill out when the screen dims -- saving battery and my sanity
- Fixed sleep monitor bedtime tracking so it actually catches those pre-midnight sleep sessions and shows consistent stats
- Squashed a bug where copying a food log kept resetting the date picker to today like it had amnesia
Now go hit those goals. I'm watching.
