mpv in Mac App Store

[zhovner]

Hi mpv team, and thanks for the great project!

I'd like to help make mpv easier to install on macOS by publishing it on the Mac App Store.

I'm Pavel Zhovner, founder of Flipper Devices. We've successfully published our open-source Flipper Mobile App on the App Store, so I have experience with Apple's submission, review, and release process.

I'd be happy to handle the macOS builds, App Store submission, and ongoing release management.

Would the maintainers be open to this? Before moving forward, I'd appreciate hearing about any concerns or requirements you'd like me to consider.
