Vulkan accelerated decoding renders wrong

This worked about three months ago. Everything worked fine on 2026-08-08.
I have a Meteorlake iGPU and have the following in my mpv.conf

vo=gpu-next
hwdec=auto

With ANV_DEBUG=video-decode in my environment, mpv plays h265 video, but they all look like this:

Switching to hwdec=vaapi works.

That's a screenshot of what should be black frame, with title text fading in.

I'm using gentoo and I'm not sure what else would be useful info to provide.
I did try a Wayland session instead of an X11 session, but that made zero difference.

This is a bug report for Mesa, please provide the necessary information for them so it can be fixed in the Intel Vulkan driver instead
