Regenerate a summary from the Overview tab

The Overview tab now has a Regenerate button next to Copy and Export. Use it after you rename a speaker, install a better model, or change the summary style in Settings. The summary is built again from the current transcript. The button is not active while a summary runs or waits in the queue. (#19)

Note: Regenerate replaces the current summary, including checked action items.

The sidebar filters now tell the truth

The Summarized and Needs summary filters used the note's internal pipeline state, which can disagree with what you see. Notes from older versions of Minute, and notes whose summarization never finished, appeared under the wrong filter. The filters now test one thing: does a summary exist on disk for this note? (#18)
