What's Changed

• Updated SwiftCollections references to v4.0.2.
• Refactored GridForge diagnostics to use SwiftCollections interpolated diagnostic handlers.
• Disabled diagnostic levels now skip interpolated expression evaluation and message construction.
• Moved diagnostics usage to the channel-based API:
  • GridForgeLogger.Channel.Info(...)
  • GridForgeLogger.Channel.Warn(...)
  • GridForgeLogger.Channel.Error(...)
  • GridForgeLogger.Channel.Log(level, ...)
• Made DiagnosticMessageHandler channel-driven so it can be reused outside the static GridForge logger path.

Notes

This is primarily an internal diagnostics cleanup. Projects using the old static logger helpers like GridForgeLogger.Warn(...) should update to GridForgeLogger.Channel.Warn(...).

Validation
