• Project picker start screen — recent projects as cards; picking one names the tab and points the session at the folder
• Session renaming — double-click a tab to rename inline; names live in Bridge's sidecar and survive resume/compaction
• Flicker-free streaming — append-only transcript rendering; new messages no longer rebuild the thread
• Plan cards & one-click choices — approve/revise plans from the transcript; choice clicks are recorded as your message
• Composer dials — Model / Mode / Effort / Agent ladders and ULTRACODE mode
• Mac app and CLI checkout now share ~/.claude/bridge data
