German spelling and two small text fixes.

Fixed

  • About 200 German interface texts spelled umlauts and ß as two letters, a leftover from the first versions. They now use ä, ö, ü and ß. Other languages are unchanged.
  • The hint for an environment variable that switches a feature off read backwards for keys named disable…. It now says that the variable switches the feature off regardless of the key, in all six languages.
  • The length limit for the rewritten setting descriptions is now tested in all six languages; one Portuguese description was shortened to fit.

Tests

95 tests, unchanged in number; the length test now covers every language.
