401 vs 403 Latest

Previously JOConnor would only pick up 401 responses. I've changed 401 to represent 'unauthenticated' and 403 to represent 'forbidden' with explicit response differences in the error enum. Also passing back data on errors so we can parse special bodies representing a force upgrade.

This is a breaking change if your app previously only handled 401s!
