Fixes a regression in 0.1.1 where system-wide monitoring could appear stuck "off" even with the helper installed. Also adds an About tab in Settings, updates the all-clear mark, and removes a dev-only Server field.

Recommended update for anyone on 0.1.1.

Install: download the DMG, drag Anomalous to Applications. Requires macOS 26 (Tahoe)+, Apple Silicon.
