GBARecomp 0.4.1 includes the reviewed GBA campaign plus the corrected controller-menu contribution and complete overlay header packaging.
The Windows archive contains the standalone gbarecomp.exe command-line compiler, native compiler core, and required runtime headers. Supply your own ROM; no games or BIOS are included.
Validation: packaged version/help and invalid-input checks pass; an ARM/Thumb fixture generates and compiles with MSVC x64 Release. The integrated runtime batch passed automated gameplay, current-build save/load, and owner review across Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Mega Man Zero, Emerald, FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby and Sapphire. Final matched timing results were neutral/inconclusive for each game; earlier MKSC HD gains are separate.
