Shared Codex 0.1.1 (macOS arm64)
Pre-releaseShared Codex CLI sessions in the normal T3 Code interface.
This fork replaces the private Codex engine connection with the native shared daemon. CLI, Web, and desktop can stay open on the same canonical session. Sessions can be shared across all directories or restricted to one directory and its descendants. The same server projection and provider settings support the React Native frontends.
The application version remains 0.1.1, matching the upstream base packages. The fork-specific tag codex-v0.1.1 identifies this implementation without changing the application version or moving the existing upstream v0.1.1 tag.

Setup
Use a current Codex CLI with daemon and remote support (tested with 0.164.0-alpha.12):
codex login
codex app-server daemon start
codex --remote unix://In T3, configure the existing CLI installation and the same Codex home. Leave Shared Codex server empty for that home's default daemon, or provide the same explicit endpoint used by CLI. An independently running CLI must reconnect to this daemon to share active execution.
Validation and scope
518 related tests and 32-package typecheck passed. Linux CI passed on source 077c5ca. The current 0.1.1 DMG/ZIP were rebuilt and published by macOS release CI, replacing the earlier local build. CI verified archive integrity, embedded version 0.1.1, arm64 architecture, and SHA-256 checksums. Rebuilds retain the existing release tag and its original source commit 077c5ca; the workflow fix is on fork main. Real native CLI/daemon tests with an isolated mock model covered bidirectional live messages, reasoning, phone-side interruption, reconnect/restart, and simultaneous Web and compiled macOS clients. iOS and Android entry-point exports passed; physical-phone execution was not tested.
On a mid-turn join, Codex may omit unfinished assistant prefixes until the completed item arrives; published reasoning is restored. Native image/audio history currently uses textual references, and T3 title/archive organization remains separate.
This prerelease does not publish to upstream update feeds, npm, hosted T3, or app stores. Assisted by OpenAI Codex.
