fixes

  • return full AuthURL in RegisterResponse (not relative path) - client can now open the OIDC login page
  • restart interactive registration flow on stale followup after server restart
  • correct serde rename for AuthURL field (PascalCase produces AuthUrl, Go expects AuthURL)

improvements

  • debug logging in register handler
  • parse both full and relative followup URLs
  • stale followup no longer returns unrecoverable BadRequest error
