Fevga 2.8 - Forced moves play themselves

New switch in Settings › Play (on by default):

• Play forced moves for me — when a roll leaves only one possible move, it is played at once, with the same last-move arrows as the computer's moves, and the turn passes without pressing Done. Switch it off to play every move by hand.

Installs over earlier versions (same signing key). Android 6.0 or newer.
