Release Notes

This release fixes several issues from the previous release and addresses additional findings from the code audit.

Note, this version fixes several critical performance issues. If you are currently running version 7.0.0, we strongly recommend upgrading to this version 7.1.0.

By default node validation all blockchain data, it normally takes few minutes. On low end hardware that might take a while. If node starting time is critical, use --skip_start_blockchain_validation to skip it.

Migration Instructions for Linux and macOS

If you are upgrading from a 6.X version, please follow the migration instructions provided with the previous 7.0.0 release.
