Added new obs_cloud_kernels4.nc file to replace old obs_cloud_kernels3.nc, for which the LW kernel had two bins containing NaNs. These NaNs were located in August at 33.75N for two (tau,ctp) bins: (0,4) and (0,5). The SW kernel is unchanged.
