Fix #103, Simplify CS_ComputeApp by removing redundant Result variable

Describe the contribution

• Fixes Result variable in CS_ComputeApp() could be removed #103
  • Removed the Result variable in CS_ComputeApp and using the cFE function result variables directly instead.

Testing performed
GitHub CI actions all passing successfully (incl. Build + Run, Unit/Functional Tests etc.).

Expected behavior changes
Simplifies CS_ComputeApp.

System(s) tested on
Debian 12 using the current main branch of cFS bundle.
