Maybe we should remove references to version numbers in anything that does not really need it. And just leave the versions in the release notes, configure.ac and the Doxygen file Other locations such as in docs and readme should just refer to "NavCoin" with no version |

This is a work in progress and shouldn't be merged until;
Prefer to leave the final merge to me once approvals are in place since I will be in charge of cutting the release tag and notifying the exchanges and community.
Testnet Nodes:
You can run the release candidate on the testnet by adding the
-testnetflag when starting navcoind or navcoin-qt.Add these lines to your config file or manually add these nodes with navcoin-cli.
