v0.3 - finally useful?

The important bits

• Fixed bug where some fields would not be discovered, preventing conversion of saved XMLs back to HKX
• Fixed variable binding dialog
• Fixed variable, event, and animation name dialogs
• Fixed "load skeleton" file dialog not opening

Maybe of interest

• Messages are now being logged to a file
• Better user layout handling
• Minor improvements to some context menus

I have no clue why the file size exploded >.> will figure that out later
