codex-enable(25th registered tool) re-enables a disabled account by index or picker, strips the auto-disable marker, clears its auth-failure cooldown, and reloads the cached manager — concurrent enables serialize through the shared load slot so installs land in commit order, and a rejected in-flight load no longer blocks the reload.codex-healthandcodex-refreshacceptincludeDisabledto validate credentials without re-enabling. Fixed
- The OAuth
/connectmethod now declares itsprompts, so the host form collects login mode and account count instead of the plugin grabbing stdin under the host TUI (EALREADY). A form-driven "start fresh" also clears the flagged store with a cutoff that preserves records another runtime flags mid-login, verifies the keychain entry matches the survivors, and retires only proven-stale migration markers. (#287, #289) - Accounts the plugin disables itself — repeated auth failures or workspace deactivation — now carry an
accountNotemarker that survives persistence and disk merges, socodex-doctor,codex-status, explainability reasons, and beginner guidance can tell auto-disabled from operator-disabled. A pool where every account is auto-disabled reportsall_accounts_disabledinstead of masquerading as a rate limit, V2resolveAuthno longer selects disabled accounts, andcodex-doctornotes when the host's ownopenaicredential can still serve requests while the whole pool is disabled. (#288, #290) - Cache invalidation now runs before flagged-store cleanup on both fresh paths, so a cleanup failure can no longer leave a stale manager able to debounced-save wiped or pre-fresh members back.
