Major updates for inputs and AzureAD v3

This release includes updates for the following:

• Use lists for branches, environments, and tags to allow creation of multiple federated credentials for a single application
• All creation of a PR credentials when creating other entities with the create_pr_identity input variable
• Updated use of arguments and attributes in line with v3 of the azuread provider

Note: variables names have changed since v1 of this module. This is a breaking change.
