Go integration and live configuration

• store.Open initializes aiprice.json in the process working directory when absent and hot-reloads valid changes. Invalid changes retain the last valid snapshot and expose an error in Status.
• Concurrent cooperating writers use file locking. Pricing and usage cover text, audio, video and configurable metered components.
• Embedded snapshots include 11,378 provider-qualified text model entries and 16,938 additional price components from Models.dev and LiteLLM, with provenance and license information. Explicit online refresh is available.
• English is the default README; a Chinese README is included. Windows, Linux and macOS amd64/arm64 archives include SHA-256 checksums. Unix executable permissions are corrected from v0.1.0.

Snapshots are estimates, not a guarantee of all models or billing variants. Prices, currency rates, tiers and provider-specific details must be verified; cache/tier/resolution selection is explicit. New media fields cannot be read by v0.1.0, so back up existing ledgers and do not mix versions for writes. See the README for concurrency and persistence limits.
