Keyboard accessibility release.
Tab no longer traps a keyboard-only operator:
- The library tables (music, jingles, adverts, programs, torrents) and the playlist stop consuming Tab for cell-to-cell movement, so focus can leave them again. The arrow keys still move within.
- Multi-line text fields let Tab through application-wide, so the notes field of any dialog can be escaped back to the OK button.
- The Pads grid keeps a single roving Tab stop instead of putting all 24+ pads in the tab chain. The arrows walk the grid, and the stop follows the focused pad across bank switches and grid resizes.
- The playlist can be reordered with Ctrl+Shift+Up and Ctrl+Shift+Down, announced for screen readers; until now reordering needed a mouse drag.
