• Provide Supervisor MCP tools for original transcript paths, a paginated Markdown index cached in memory, and continued reading of original records without the live-output text limit. Oversized indexes remain pageable without retaining every row.
• Let Supervisors answer pending Codex questions through answer_question with Read and Send permission, including async answers while a worker continues running and blocking RPC answers.
• Expose pending questions separately from recent output and advance enabled Supervisor checks when new questions arrive, coalescing notifications until the current check settles.

• Load group conversations in pages of 48 messages, send bounded WebSocket deltas, and read oversized message bodies in parts while preserving references across pages.
• Bound group projection, preview and detail caches, release page content when leaving a group, and avoid rebuilding history for unrelated tool or status events.
• Close idle member sessions when their group closes if no other open group uses them. Preserve busy sessions, pending questions or approvals, active Supervisor reservations, and saved histories; returning to the lobby does not close sessions.
• Remove the desktop group toolbar's extra tiled-view entry while retaining the regular Back action and session workspace controls.

• Keep Claude usage and context queries visible in a dedicated status panel, handle connection and request errors, and allow retry after a query timeout without losing the native conversation.
• Reject references exceeding 128 KiB explicitly instead of silently replacing them with an unavailable-message placeholder.
• Discard stale group context and preview responses after navigation and retain message nodes, reading positions and reference jump highlights during incremental updates.
