Shared workspace and inspector scrollbars now fade in and out over 150ms as content starts or stops overflowing. The content width stays stable, and reduced motion skips the fade.
The scroll area preserves full-height content, state-based classes, keyboard and pointer scrolling, and shell accessibility landmarks.
Consumer note: the scrolling main element is now inside the ScrollArea root. Select it with [data-slot="app-shell-workspace"] main[data-slot="scroll-area-viewport"] when restoring scroll position.
Validated with package static/build checks, packed-consumer qualification, Chromium scrollbar checks at 320/390/768/1440 pixels, and Daedalus's 30 browser checks and 33 focused unit tests. Fast review findings were fixed and validated.
