Description of feature

There are many pipeline level tests related to creating reference data, see #1195. Most of these tests could be re-created for the subworkflow PREPARE_REFERENCE which will simplify the pipeline level tests.

  • --gtf false
  • --star_index false
  • --transcript_fasta false
  • --rsem_index false (STAR-RSEM)
  • --rsem_index false (HISAT2)
