This piece of analysis was carried out in Python and used an open source data set via Kaggle “The Instacart Online Grocery Shopping Dataset 2017”, Accessed from www.instacart.com/datasets/grocery-shopping-2017. The datasets used conatin information about the InstaCart customers and their orders.
- Objective & Deliverables
The central aim of the analysis was to inform a review of the company's marketing strategy which wanted to become more focus and target customers based on their buying habits. The key questions centred around who are the customers and what are their buying habits (when, size of orders, which products, how often), and which products are most popular. Key deliverables included various visualisations and a written report of methodology and findings.
