Added

  • Complete profile-owned capability and meter metadata for Yaesu, Kenwood,
    and Elecraft radios, keeping shared protocol engines model-agnostic.
  • Add profile-driven Elecraft support for K2, KX2, KX3, K3, K3S, K4, and KH1,
    including model-specific tuning, options, notch, memory, and control rules.
  • Add manual-backed Kenwood memory codecs, model-specific memory selection,
    and conservative generic-profile behavior for unsupported features.
  • Add release coverage tests for Icom scope configuration and USB discovery,
    Elecraft profile boundaries, and the generic HAL contract.

Fixed

  • Keep configured-radio startup probing inside the driver boundary, using
    model verification for modern Yaesu CAT radios whose optional VFO-selector
    query may be rejected even when CAT is healthy.
  • Move vendor and model quirks out of generic drivers and into explicit radio
    profiles, preventing unsupported capabilities from being advertised
