Fixes the screen freezing after swiping between Spaces or full-screen apps, most often with the Cinematic style (#1).

• Typing or swiping on the trackpad no longer starts a fold. The lid has to actually close.
• A fold always shows the live picture and lets go as soon as the lid is back above the start angle.
• If macOS stops the screen capture during a fold, Mac Duo starts it again.
