Update to current master
Using short tag will allow use of newest ANTs releases as well as provide backward compatibility as only the long tag changed. Also removed conflicting `requires` tags.

I did as much as I could for the time being. My test setup for commits is all messed up from some playing around that I did. I will try to recreate it and upload the test/CHANGES file changes. |

…nce threshold is not specified in N4BiasField Correction. Tests updated to match (with updates for image_dimension changes).
