Fixes the thing I just complained about on the mailing list. Output name referenced did not exist.

We should have a test that would pick such cases. Maybe this could be coupled with make spec.

Just had another PC with this issue... Can anyone clarify why this breaks the build?

Coverage remained the same when pulling 78060b8 on swederik:bf/out_file into 872720a on nipy:master.

If someone can advise me on "why" the build is failing, I can fix the branch. I don't really see why the tests don't pass. How do I auto-generate the test functions?
