Teeth Chart App v1.0 packages and MIT-licensed app source.

Existing desktop/mobile downloads are republished unchanged, with SHA-256 checksums. The Microsoft Store package version is 1.0.0.0; the Store download remains https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9P2C3MMBCW3K. Unsigned Store submission files and device-specific development IPAs are not public installers and are not attached here.

Source includes the original Python/Tkinter desktop app, Android and ChromeOS WebView editions, iOS sources and the current browser/cloud edition with database migrations and tests. The browser edition is a current source snapshot, separate from the older v1.0 desktop/MSIX build. Configure your own Supabase project before self-hosting; no production credentials, signing keys, patient charts or private website history are included.

All 77 isolated browser/data/permission tests passed after export. Republishing existing installers adds no new platform installation testing or signing. Android APKs are the existing permanent release-signed files. Third-party components retain their licenses; known AI assistance is described in SOURCE-PROVENANCE.md.
