What's new in 3.0

• 🫧 Liquid-glass slider thumb for volume and brightness (lens, highlight, rim, squash & stretch)
• 📑 6 pages: Sliders, Ringer, Modes, Quick toggles (torch, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, screenshot), Music + Battery, Apps
• 🔔 Animated icons (bell shake, moon swing, speaker waves, sun rays, pops)
• 🔊 14 sound effects + rich haptics, with on/off switches
• 🧩 Page manager: enable/disable and reorder pages

Fixes

• 👆 Drag-to-open from the handle now works and follows the finger
• ✨ No more jump/flicker when closing the panel

Installs over v2 as an update (same package and signing key).
